LOCATION
Covington, LA – Northpark Complex (Onsite) Occasional offshore travel required (1–2 times per year)
COMPENSATION
$19-25 per hour (benefits offered)
SCHEDULEx
4/10 schedule (flexible rotation across M–Th or Tues–Fri to ensure full weekly coverage) Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible as needed) OT and weekend work may be required
CONTRACT TERM
1 year 05/04/2026 – 05/03/2027 Strong likelihood of extension based on performance and business needs
POSITION OVERVIEW – Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator provides technical, planning, and administrative support for offshore production assets. This role supports daily operational needs, maintains critical documentation, coordinates logistics, and assists offshore leadership with planning and execution activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in supporting offshore environments with minimal supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain offshore training and vacation schedules
- Update organizational charts and phone lists
- Process invoices and support procurement of general supplies
- Provide training and support for business applications (SAP, Smartbox, Timesheets)
- Order FRCs and assist with timesheet management
- Schedule and close SAP maintenance tasks and work orders
- Coordinate with catering staff and support offshore logistics
- Attend, plan, and document meetings
- Track OPEX and support limited analytical assignments
- Provide backup support to other TAs and perform additional duties as required Ensure accurate record keeping and maintain confidentiality
TECHNICAL CRITERIA / REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of offshore environments, assets, and organizational structures
- Ability to anticipate needs of offshore leadership and teams
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Competent in MS Office Suite
- Skilled in SAP, Helipass, and Smartbox
- Experience as an offshore planner/scheduler preferred
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Offshore travel may be required
- Must complete HUET & FFD requirements
EDUCATION
- HS Diploma or GED required
