We are looking for a Support Coordinator to lead a dynamic day program site and help turn ideas into meaningful opportunities for the individuals we support.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a community-based program site.
- Supervise, support, and develop staff to provide high-quality, person-centered services.
- Design and implement creative community programming focused on social, recreational, and vocational development.
- Develop employment opportunities and provide direct job development for individuals interested in working in their communities.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, employers, community organizations, and other partners.
- Create opportunities for individuals to participate, contribute, connect, and belong in their communities.
- Encourage staff to think creatively and move beyond traditional program activities.
- Support individuals in developing skills, pursuing interests, and achieving greater independence.

Experience:
- Supervising: 2 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- First Aid/ CPR (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
- PABC (Preferred)
