WCI Electric is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Journeyman Electrician to step into the owner-operator's role in the field. This shift will allow the owner to dedicate more time to business growth. We need someone highly skilled and experienced in service electrical work to join our team. As a Lead Journeyman, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks including troubleshooting, repairs, new construction, tenant improvements, lighting, transformers, panels, and underground work. Your proficiency should be in line with the latest NEC codes, ensuring top-notch quality in all our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial and residential electrical work within a 50-mile radius of San Jose, CA.
• Maintain a friendly customer service attitude and professional appearance.
• Demonstrate solid electrical knowledge and skills across various projects.
• Drive company vehicles safely with a clean driving record.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of electrical experience (Preferred).
• Certified Journeyman preferred; starting pay depends on experience (DOE), with certified Journeyman starting at $40 per hour.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekends as an option for availability.
• In-person work location.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
