WCF, an "A" rated insurance carrier growing across the western United States, is looking to add a skilled claims professional to our expanding team. Our Commercial Claims Department has an immediate opening for a Bodily Injury & Liability Claims Adjuster at either the mid or senior level to join the Commercial Auto team at our Sandy, Utah headquarters.

Responsibilities
The Liability/Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster manages a commercial auto liability claim caseload of moderate to high complexity and exposure, from first assignment to conclusion of the claim process. This includes appropriate investigation, analysis, and explanation of coverage applicable to the claim's elements. The person in this position communicates claims decisions and key developments to policyholders, claimants, and attorneys.

Expected salary for this position is dependent upon education, experience, complexity of claims knowledge, and individual qualifications, however generally follows the below scale:
Mid-Level Commercial Adjuster (2-5 years experience): $70,000 to $87,000 annually.
Senior Level Commercial Adjuster (5 years experience): $80,000 to $97,000 annually.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of insurance industry designations;
- At least five years of commercial liability claims adjusting experience;
- Understanding of the Unfair Claims Practices Act, policy contracts, and other insurance principles;
- Familiarity with claims management systems and claims estimating software systems;
- Sound literacy in the medical, automotive, and liability terminology and concepts;
- Strong communication skills;
- Organization, time-management, and decision-making skills;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system.
- Valid Driver's License.
