The Project Manager position is a full-time, exempt position that works in our Sandy, Utah Headquarters office that reports to the Director, Project Management. The person in this position manages information-system projects (IT Department) by designing complex specification for user applications.

All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation their first year. Expected salary for this position is $69,400 - $102,400 depending on experience, and education.
Internal candidates should have acceptable job performance, 6 months in their current position, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field.
- At least two years of experience managing software development, design and implementation projects.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP, preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of electronic computer-programming design and analysis.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, communications, customer relations, organization, and creative thinking.
- Coordinate integration of computer applications to meet business needs and enhance program efficiencies.
- Assign, coordinate and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are aligned with business objectives, schedule and budget.
- Adjust project priorities as needed to accommodate unforeseen business needs and changing technology.
- Participate in department budgeting process.
- Conduct meetings to coordinate all information-systems effectors.
- Budget, plan, and coordinate internal customers' needs and completion of IT projects.
- Provide formalized, continuing work direction, and leadership to assigned team of information-systems staff, including the scheduling, assignment, and review of project work.
- Accountable for the appropriateness, applicability, and quality of each aspect of the project.
- Oversee communication among all parties.
- Manage the prioritization of tasks and projects, to improve the design and testing process and eliminate post-implementation problems.
