Role Description This is a part-time, Marketing Intern role based in Chino, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home hours. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with market research, collecting and organizing customer and competitor data, and preparing basic reports or presentations. The role will help execute marketing campaigns, support social media and digital outreach efforts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The intern will assist with sales enablement materials, such as brochures, slide decks, and case studies, and may participate in events, webinars, or customer-facing initiatives. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in B2B and SLED-focused marketing within a technology and infrastructure services environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Foundational Market Research and Marketing Strategy abilities to support data gathering, analysis, and campaign planning.
- Interest or basic experience in Sales and lead-generation support within a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Ability to learn and use common marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, CRM or marketing automation tools, basic design or presentation software).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a hybrid work environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in technology, infrastructure, or security solutions and willingness to learn technical concepts.
