Job Summary
WC Dustless Flooring Removal & Demolition is hiring dependable team members who want more than just a labor job. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals who want to learn a specialized trade, travel with our crews, and grow into leadership positions within the company. With safety in the workplace being a priority for WC Dustless, applicants and/or employees are subject to drug and alcohol testing.
Responsibilities
- Safely remove various types of flooring including carpet, tile, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, rubber flooring, and epoxy coatings using specialized dustless removal equipment.
- Perform demolition of structures, walls, and other building components with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist with water damage restoration efforts by removing damaged materials and preparing sites for further remediation.
- Maintain clean work areas before, during and after demolition tasks to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Work closely with crew leaders and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, demolition, flooring, remodeling, or general labor experience is preferred.
- Experience driving trucks and hauling trailers
- Leadership experience
- Equipment operation experience
- Excellent physical stamina to perform demanding demolition tasks over extended periods.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and perform physical work throughout the day
- Willingness to travel for projects
- Ability to stay overnight when required (hotel or Airbnb provided by company)
- Ability to pass background checks when required by clients
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
