WBM Distribution is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our growing drop shipping and fulfillment operations.
This role requires someone who can actively manage the team on the floor, ensure orders are processed efficiently, and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily drop shipping and order fulfillment operations
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Maintain high daily fulfillment completion rates
- Train, manage, and support warehouse staff
- Organize workflow to improve speed and efficiency
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Requirements
- Spanish preferred
- Experience with drop shipping, eCommerce, or warehouse fulfillment
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (shipping software, inventory systems)
Pay & Incentives
