Firmwide Talent Acquisition Strategy
The Talent Acquisition Programs Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating firmwide talent acquisition programs that support the strategic growth, operational needs, and long-term workforce planning of the firm. This role ensures a consistent, high-quality recruiting experience across all departments, while balancing the unique hiring needs of public accounting, including specialized skill sets and career progression models.
Firmwide Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Design, implement, and manage firmwide recruiting programs for experienced professionals, campus and early-career talent, internships, and pipeline development.
- Partner with firm leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and growth initiatives.
- Establish and maintain standardized recruiting processes, tools, timelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the firm.
- Monitor labor market trends within public accounting and professional services as they relate to recruiting strategy and workforce planning.
- Lead the firm’s campus recruiting and internship programs across multiple universities.
- Oversee annual recruiting cycles, including planning, on-campus and virtual events, offer management, and intern-to-staff conversion.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics such as acceptance rates, retention, and performance outcomes.
- Own recruiting operations, including the applicant tracking system (ATS), recruiting workflows, and data integrity.
- Develop and deliver firmwide recruiting metrics and dashboards, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement.
- Partner with marketing to promote a consistent employer brand aligned with the firm’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Ensure job postings, recruiting materials, and candidate communications reflect firmwide messaging and standards.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Provide guidance on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and best practices.
- Train hiring managers and interview teams on firmwide recruiting processes, interviewing techniques, and legal compliance.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors, search firms, and campus partners to ensure alignment with firm standards and budget expectations.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws, firm policies, and professional standards.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience in marketing and selling companies and their career opportunities
- Experience with full life cycle talent acquisition for experienced and entry-level hires in addition to experience with campus recruiting programs
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leveraging various sourcing tools to attract both active and passive candidates
- Proven track record with recruiting in a highly competitive industry
- Ability to travel college campuses in Georgia
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Experience recruiting in public accounting, professional services or software industries is a plus
