Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of public accounting audit experience
- Experience overseeing audit engagements in an in-charge or supervisor role
- Desire to become a CPA if not already licensed
- Work on a variety of engagements in various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, software, technology, staffing, non-profit private schools/associations/foundations and professional services.
- Plan and supervise engagements, including preparation of time budgets, audit/review programs and planning memos.
- Conduct first level review of audit sections.
- Prepare drafts of financial statements, management letters and audit reports
