Key Responsibilities:

Logistics

Coordinate transportation and logistics for DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL inbound and outbound shipments

• Schedule customer orders and work closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams
• Communicate with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical needs
• Manage and ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies including all CI, Packing Slips, HTS Codes, and all document retention.
• On time delivery metrics and KPI’s.
  
  
  

Order Management

• Review open orders for release.
• Order reporting for to communicate to sales
• Work closely with purchasing for date management for in and out order management.
• Monitor inventory and work closely with purchasing and logistics to assist with order tracking and delivery timelines.
• Work with sales for scheduling of outbound order and date-controlled order management.
• Scheduling of work orders and date management based on capacity.
• On-time order tracking for metrics and KPI’s.
• Generate and process customer invoices in coordination with the finance and sales teams
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in import and export shipping and logistics.
• Must have knowledge of incoterms and international shipping processes and compliance.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP/CRM systems (Zoho or Rubicon ERP experience a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a distribution or telecom-related environment
• Familiarity with freight carriers, LTL/FTL shipments, and drop-ship processes
• Working knowledge of international import and export compliance
