- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email, phone calls, and online listings
- Follow up with voicemails, leads, and prospective tenants to schedule showings and maintain engagement
- Maintain organized tracking of leads and follow-up communication
- Assist with basic marketing efforts, including listing updates and social media posting
- Help generate interest in available units through creative and consistent online presence
- Represent the property professionally during all tenant interactions
- Support overall leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
