What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Deerfield position at WB Residential Communities, Inc.?
Summary of Position:
Provide quality maintenance support for the residents as directed by the Property Manager and Property Superintendent. Assist in providing for smooth daily operation of the property with regard to maintenance and the overall appearance of the building's grounds.
Essential Functions:
- General day-to-day maintenance
- Grounds upkeep
- Cleaning of common areas, hallways, office, etc.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Schedule:
- Part-time (28 hours per week)
- Weekends as needed
