Jobs Functions:
This role partners closely with field leadership and crews to ensure our jobsites are safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
Job Duties:
- Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Partner with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers to reinforce safe work practices
- Lead and support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and logs.
- Champion continuous improvement in safety processes and culture
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or the ability to transport to and from the assigned job site
- Applicants should have 1-3 years of construction safety experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
