Administrative Support Specialist (Part-Time)
WB Industries is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting daily office functions. Responsibilities include contract entry, front desk reception, and general administrative support across departments. You'll also serve as a backup for accounts payable, helping ensure financial processes stay on track when needed.
This is a part-time opportunity with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company continues to expand.
We're looking for someone who is organized, approachable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in where needed will set you up for success in this role. Experience with administrative tasks, data entry, or basic accounting support is preferred.
