Western Botanicals is a fast-growing dietary supplement and sports nutrition manufacturer located in Spanish Fork, UT. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a Product Quoting Manager to lead and expand our Supply Chain department. Position Overview

Reporting to the SVP of Supply Chain, the Product Quoting Manager owns the accuracy and profitability of all product quote RFQ’s. This role ensures that every quoted product—across formulation, packaging, certifications, testing, palletization, and pack-out—is fully costed, correctly modeled, and priced to meet or exceed target gross and net margins. Beyond quoting, this role is accountable for post-shipment margin analysis on every order. Identifying variance between quoted and actual performance, diagnosing root causes, and driving corrective actions to prevent margin erosion on future orders. The Product Quoting Manager serves as the financial gatekeeper for new products and a key driver of sustained margin discipline across the supply chain.

Essential Job Functions 

• Product Quoting: Manage all quote tickets submitted by the Business Development and Account 
• Management teams, collaborating with Procurement, Production, and Quality to ensure all new quotes are accurate and completed within established timelines.
• Formulation: Partner with R&D and Quality teams to formulate products that meet client specifications and support client ideation and innovation efforts.
• Ticket Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date quote tickets and provide regular status updates to the Business Development team throughout the quoting process.
• Margin Analysis: Analyze and report anticipated versus actual margins for each production run, ensuring quoted margins are met or exceeded on a monthly basis; communicate findings to the executive team.
• Product Sourcing: Collaborate with Procurement to ensure accurate raw material pricing and availability, supported by complete and current quality documentation from approved vendors.
• Document Control: Coordinate with Quality and Purchasing teams to obtain, track, and maintain required documentation from raw material suppliers.
• Product Compliance Review: Review and verify raw material documentation to ensure all quoted products meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality requirements.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business and operational objectives.

Qualifications 

• Understanding of basic financial metrics and financial reports.
• Knowledge of dietary supplement formulations. (i.e. assays, overage, label claims, etc.)
• Ability to work between multiple departments and communicate project updates and needs in an effective manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelors Degree Preferred but not required.
