The Wayzata Kids program is committed to providing children, ages Kindergarten through 5th grade, a high-quality child care program. The Lead Program Instructor is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the program and provides leadership in the absence of the Wayzata Kids Site Manager. This position is responsible for assisting with supervision and training of staff, curriculum development, and leadership of an individual site. Lead Program Instructors will receive mentorship and training to assist them with becoming a future Site Manager.
