As an Inclusion Assistant you will
- Execute age-appropriate, stimulating activities
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Enforce policies and procedures set by the school
- Foster an atmosphere of respect and positive reinforcement
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in child development, early childhood, or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with school aged children with special needs in a childcare or education setting is highly preferred
- Has a passion for working with young children and excellent knowledge of child development
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodation
- Able to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students, staff and caregivers
- Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must successfully meet our pre-employment background screening requirements
