Super Mileage Advisor — Wayzata High School

Wayzata High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Super Mileage Advisor to lead and support students participating in the Super Mileage program. The advisor will provide guidance in vehicle design, engineering, construction, testing, and competition preparation while helping students develop teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and STEM skills.

Responsibilities Include

• Supervise and mentor students during meetings, practices, and competitions
• Guide students through vehicle design, construction, testing, and troubleshooting
• Promote safety and responsible use of tools and equipment
• Coordinate competition preparation and logistics
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered team environment
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and Activities Department staff
  
  

Qualifications: Interest or experience in engineering, automotive technology, STEM education, or related areas is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills are essential.

This position is not benefit eligible. Stipend range is $100 - $9,351.
