• What you’ll be doing... You will join Verizon Cybersecurity’s Cyber Engineering Services as an Automation Services Engineer. You will be instrumental in delivering secure, scalable, and high quality automated business processes leveraging technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, RESTful API’s, APIGEE, and more. The Automation Services Engineer will be responsible for:
• Developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to automate security processes.
• Collaborating with front-end and back-end teams to define and develop API specifications and endpoints.
• Contributing to the design and architecture of new API features and enhancements.
• Partnering with multi-functional organizations that provide an array of services.
• Ability to communicate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Flexibility to provide 24X7 support for operational high-availability.
• Demonstrating capabilities focused on developing and maintaining home-grown applications.
• Providing SaaS development, infrastructure and data source administration services for security processes.
• Supporting other infrastructure and dev teams with implementing sound and secure SDLC practices. ###
• What we’re looking for... You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience in IT, application development and support, and Cybersecurity.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, specifically with UiPath. Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Restful API Development experience. C#, .Net Core, MS WebAPI.
• CoPilot or similar AI Development Tools
• Apigee API deployment.
• UiPath Studio - OnPrem and Cloud Orchestration. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $101,000.00 - $194,000.00.
