KPMG is currently seeking an Intern, Digital Workplace Experience for Digital Nexus.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contributor to the guest and employee experience at KPMGs Lakehouse by supporting Digital Nexus initiatives that enable learning, innovation and seamless technology operations, while collaborating with cross?functional teams to deliver a high?quality, technology?enabled experience
- Technical Operations and User Support: Provide technical support for audiovisual, network and digital workspace systems within a corporate hospitality environment; includes the daily setup, testing, monitoring and maintenance of these solutions; responsible for troubleshooting incidents, providing direct assistance to end-users and collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- IT Service and Asset Management: Support IT Service Management (ITSM) by helping to process service requests, incidents and changes using KPMGs standard tools; support the asset management lifecycle by working with teams to ensure hardware and software information is accurate and assisting with data integrity issues
- Guest Experience Projects: Support projects aimed at enhancing the digital experience for Lakehouse guests, which could involve research, testing new features, gathering user feedback and operational delivery
- Data and Feedback Collection: Help collect and analyze usage data and direct feedback from Guests and staff to identify opportunities
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
- Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Understanding of business processes and information management concepts, with exposure to project management methodologies and best practices; the ability to apply these principles in a structured, collaborative technology environment is a plus
- Excellent communication, time management and emerging leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as a flexible, adaptable team player and deliver high?quality work in a fast?paced technology environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
- Work location will be at our Lakehouse facility in Orlando, Florida
