KPMG is currently seeking an Intern, Digital Enablement and Experience for Digital Nexus.
Responsibilities:
- Support the assessment of organizational transformation readiness by analyzing governance models, solution design approaches, value realization metrics and people-centric change levers that influence digital adoption
- Assist in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change management and digital enablement efforts by tracking adoption metrics, synthesizing insights and reporting on progress, outcomes and emerging risks
- Provide structured feedback and data-driven recommendations to the Director of Organizational Change Management and Digital Enablement, Digital Employee Experience and key stakeholders to strengthen digital adoption and enablement practices
- Contribute to the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of change management and digital enablement tools, templates and resources, leveraging transformation delivery methodologies to identify issues, recommend actions and support effective cascading of change activities
- Support user and employee research efforts by collecting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights from surveys, interviews and adoption data to identify patterns, opportunities and experience gaps that impact digital adoption and change effectiveness
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree or higher in Communications, Management, Marketing, Business Operations, Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Organizational Change, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
- Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
- Experience analyzing quantitative data in an academic or industry setting; prior experience conducting qualitative research is a plus
- Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook as well as AI tools including but not limited to: Copilot, Gemini, Claude and more
- Understanding of business processes and information management concepts, with exposure to project management methodologies and best practices; the ability to apply these principles in a structured, collaborative technology environment is a plus
- Excellent communication, time management and emerging leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as a flexible, adaptable team player and deliver high?quality work in a fast?paced technology environment; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
- Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
