This site leader will be responsible for an organization of 40 people, with daily tasks of shipping Medical Devices, Reverse Logistics of 70,000 unique skus, and Light manufacturing. The site is a FDA registered site, and experience in Regulated Distribution required. The leader will collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, and Deliver, in support of project delivery and problem resolution. Responsibilities

• Manage Distribution activities of a 40 person team; shipping, reverse logistics, and light manufacturing
• Ensure compliance needs are met; FDA registered site, Internal audits, and Financial SoX requirements
• Pilots and implements new strategies to improve customer service and adjust to market needs
• Project Manage Local & National Initiatives
• Teams closely with E2E supply chain to achieve service, compliance, and cost objectives
• Implements Lean thinking in transactional and program management where applicable Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of related work experience is required.
• People leadership experience is required.
• FDA regulated environment experience is required.
• Medical Device Experience is required.

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $100,000 - $172,500
