- Manage Distribution activities of a 40 person team; shipping, reverse logistics, and light manufacturing
- Ensure compliance needs are met; FDA registered site, Internal audits, and Financial SoX requirements
- Pilots and implements new strategies to improve customer service and adjust to market needs
- Project Manage Local & National Initiatives
- Teams closely with E2E supply chain to achieve service, compliance, and cost objectives
- Implements Lean thinking in transactional and program management where applicable Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of related work experience is required.
- People leadership experience is required.
- FDA regulated environment experience is required.
- Medical Device Experience is required.
