Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the IT liaison for business partners, representing IT in workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Translate business user stories into technical user stories and ensure alignment with system integrators (Accenture).
- Support solution design and testing for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP eWM integrations.
- Collaborate with contractors, business users, and system integrators to ensure smooth delivery of releases.
- Serve as the technical spokesperson for J&J IT with Accenture, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance needs.
- Drive and coordinate testing activities across impacted systems and sites.
- Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer are completed in line with program timelines. Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries.
- Solid background in manufacturing processes and IT systems supporting manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience in one of the following disciplines; Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration, or SAP IM/WM. Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with SAP-based solutions and solid grasp of ERP/MES landscapes.
- Demonstrable ability to capture, document, and manage user stories and functional requirements.
- Experience coordinating with system integrators (Accenture or similar).
