About our Internship Program:

- A flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Interns working in the Model Risk Management (MRM) group may participate in the following activities:
- Help prepare and analyze data for assigned model validation projects
- Participate in weekly team discussions
- Write necessary validation code (Python, R, etc.) and analyze results
- Perform model validation tests
- Help write up model validation report
- Learn model validation procedures and policies
- Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives

- June 2026: Start of program
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums: Risk, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Business and Technology Management, MIS, or a related quantitative field.
- Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA
- Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- Proficient computer and technical skills (Microsoft office suite
- Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
