Role & Responsibility
- Develop embedded software, scripts, and internal utilities using C/C , C#, Python, Qt, and/or Matlab/Simulink.
- Create and execute unit, hardware, and on-machine tests to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, manage requirements, and utilize project tracking systems.
- Operate equipment, construct electrical harnesses, log, and analyze test data
- Sophomore, Junior, Senior standing in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or equivalent
- 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
- Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
