- Steer the internal Gemba process
- Support the development of supplier Gemba together with purchasing department
- Support VPS COC to create the VPS target picture
- Support implementation and development of work organization structure
- Development of department KPIs
- Assists with obsolete cost tracking, E/E flashing status, emergency order tracking and analysis Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have completed (or is in the process of receiving) a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.4 or above (preferred). Candidate must have strong interpersonal and technical skills (experience using Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, etc. is a bonus).
