The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
- Support Time Administration topics under the supervision of Time Management team (Audits, Reporting, etc.)
- Support Payroll topics under the supervision of the Payroll team
- Support BMW Associate population through our HR Service Center (tasks include but not limited to new hire orientations, new hire meetings, initial hiring paperwork, general HR questions, etc.)
- Support any current projects within department
- Lead process improvement activities
- Support BMW Associate anniversary award program
- Conduct new hire and payroll audits
- Support BMW Associates with Associate Self-Service portal and mobile App
- Support requests for documentation from Legal team
- Support International payroll topics as needed
- Qualifications :
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Information Technology.
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical skills.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- THE WORK TERM DATES ARE August 10th - December 11th, 2026.
