Job Title: General Manager – Landscaping Operations

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and drive business growth. This role is responsible for managing crews, estimating projects, scheduling jobs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining profitability, and supporting long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day landscaping operations, including scheduling, staffing, and project execution
- Manage and supervise field crews, foremen, and office staff
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Develop and maintain client relationships, including handling escalations
- Hire, train, and mentor team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate equipment usage, maintenance, and material procurement
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvements, and new services
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or related field
- 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and operations management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and materials preferred
