The Keystone Supervisor leads the Inclusion Connection Center. The Inclusion Connection is a welcoming, collaborative space that empowers people with disabilities and their families through inclusive programs, skill‑building opportunities, and a strong sense of community and belonging. This role builds community partnerships, develops engaging programming, and ensures every individual feels valued and supported.
Location: Lawrence, MA
Schedule: 40 hours, Monday - Friday with varied hours to meet the needs of the individuals we serve.
Compensation range: This is a 40-hour non-exempt, full-time position. The pay range is $24 - $25 per hour. This position is a benefit eligible as of date of hire.

- Collaborate with the Director of Vocational Services and VP of Day Program to shape program structure, identify target audiences, and deliver daily member‑driven programming and workshops.
- Coordinate with the Vocational Services team to ensure Inclusion Center coverage between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Drive growth, efficiency, and innovation while building strategic community partnerships that support meaningful activities and skill‑building opportunities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with DDS service coordinators, guardians, and other support staff to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and required training, including mandated certifications.
- Collaborate with leadership, customers, and stakeholders on program updates, challenges, and solutions to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate the Keystone Navigator.
- Collaborate with the Merrimack Valley Family Support Center and other teams on projects supporting members and families.
- Lead team meetings and participate in management meetings.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise community‑based volunteers.
- Promote independence, individuality, and inclusion in all member interactions.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well‑kept program environment.
- High School Diploma or GED with at least three to five years of experience in Human Services or related field, with a minimum of two years' experience in a management role within the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- 2 years’ experience with case management and case reviews in a related setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good judgement, and the ability to coach and mentor.
- Candidates must be able to read, write, and comprehend English, and must also demonstrate excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills along with strong leadership, training, and supervision abilities.
- Candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities with strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills and must also have a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with minimum of 1 year driving experience.
