ABA Technician
As our ABA Technician, you will be collaborating with staff and caregivers based out of our Day Habilitation Program to teach, model and reinforce positive behaviors through the Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) model. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Clinician to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Strong observational skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude are essential for your success in this role.
Location: Haverhill, MA (Day Habilitation Program)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Some flexibility may be allowed with prior supervisory approval. This position is benefit eligible as of the date of hire.
Compensation range: This is a 40-hour, non-exempt, full-time position. The pay range is $24-27 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver staff training on implementing behavior support plans and assist with skill assessments, intervention materials, and training needs.
- Communicate client progress clearly and consistently in alignment with BCBA or clinician guidance.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) systems to inform treatment decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education, literature review, networking, and pursuit of credentials (RBT strongly encouraged).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular record reviews to ensure treatment accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality.
- Prepare quarterly progress reports to support clinical evaluation and treatment planning.
- Participate in supervision and team meetings to support collaboration and ongoing skill development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree in Psychology or a related field
Or
High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience working within the intellectual and developmental disability community
- Registered Behavior Technical (RBT) certification preferred
- Experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS)
- Candidates must be able to read, write, and comprehend English to accurately follow the Individual Service Plan (ISP), document services provided, and communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with minimum of 1 year driving experience
