Property/Facilities Director
Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00/year sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).
The Property/Facilities Director is responsible for the overall maintenance of all Agency properties, overseeing the maintenance technician staff and contractors, and ensuring that staff and clients are provided with a clean, safe and well-maintained community. The ideal candidate is a proven leader and must be skilled in all areas of general maintenance and must be able to perform physical maintenance operations of the property. In addition, the Property/Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing the physical plant, all preventive, responsive, routine and emergency maintenance throughout the property.
What You Will Do:
- Fiscal Management: Sets Capital Budget for Department. Oversees leasing of all agency vehicles including insurance needs.
- Management: Responsible for the management of all Property Management/Maintenance staff. Complete daily time sheets for department including sick days, and vacation requests. Prioritize and schedule all work performed by Maintenance staff and contractors. Manage distribution of keys. Meet with contractors and subcontractors as required. Oversee all construction projects from concept to completion. Provide supervision for Maintenance staff.
- Risk & Safety: Responsible for all safety, security needs of Agency. Prepare vehicle accident reports as required and act as contact to insurance companies. Chair or co-chair Safety Committee and other required safety related groups. Oversee the Driver Training Program including testing the driver during a Practical Road Test.
- Liaison: Attend meetings with city/town officials as required. Attend Board of Directors meetings as required.
- Maintenance & Repair: Respond to building emergencies as needed. Participate in snow removal as needed. Plow snow at agency locations. Meet regularly with Program Directors in an effort to provide upgrades to their programs.

Minimum Requirements:
- Trade Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in a related field.
- Preferred CDL license.
- Preferred Hoisting License/Certificate
