- Package finished products for sale, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping, mixing, and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to comply with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in baking, cake decorating, or pastry production is preferred.
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations.
- Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
- Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
