Pay: $22–$30/hour Based on experience and production Weekly Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, occasional Saturdays

Waypoint Vehicle Upfitters is hiring an Experienced Spray-On Bedliner Technician to join our growing team. If you're a professional from the auto paint or body shop world with high standards and pride in your work, we want to talk. You’ll be applying spray-on bedliners with precision and care to vehicles used for work, adventure, and everything in between. We spray a ton of spray on bedliners in truck beds, but we also spray many special projects such as jeep and truck interiors, fender flares, bumpers, trailers, and more.
Who We're Looking For
You’re an experienced automotive refinisher, bedliner tech, or body shop pro who takes pride in flawless finishes. You have a sharp eye for detail, respect for process, and are ready to level up your career in a fast-growing company. You're a finisher. A pro. A teammate who holds yourself and others to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing surfaces and applying bedliners, primers, and topcoats using specialized spray equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas
- Working efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Collaborating with a team that values accountability and excellence
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in auto paint, body shop, or bedliner application (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Experience with surface prep, masking, and HVLP or bedliner spray equipment
