We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions across a growing organization. This role partners with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of a new, scalable application for the product and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories
- Support solution evaluation, testing, implementation, and system documentation
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles
- Create process maps, workflows, and related documentation
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and operational efficiency
- Support projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, equivalent, or related work experience
- 3 Experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or application development projects
- Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with process mapping, testing, and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise systems or technology implementations
- Exposure to digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and business analysis best practices
Salary : $50 - $60
