Position Overview
The Training Specialist Management role is responsible for the operations of Waypoint’s training department. In this position you will be responsible to increase the competencies of individual employees in all areas of the Agency by designing and conducting training programs to maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations. The Training Specialist Manager will enhance employees’ skills and organization performance, identify training needs, create learning materials and facilitate training sessions to support employee growth and company success. The Training Specialist Manager will provide the highest level of training available to all staff, to ensure staff have the ability to provide safe, effective, and therapeutic supports to Waypoint members and service recipients. This position will oversee the Administrative Support Specialist to ensure training schedules, training programs, compliance, tracking education, including certifications and licenses are maintain and in compliance.

Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a - 4p, with occasional evening and weekends.
