The selected candidate will contribute to maintaining compliance with internal controls, policies, and reporting requirements while ensuring accurate and timely financial data across multiple systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support budget formulation, execution, and financial tracking activities across programs and projects.
- Assist with financial analysis, including resource allocation and variance analysis.
- Support preparation and review of financial reports, artifacts, and briefings.
- Assist in maintaining and reconciling financial data across multiple systems.
- Support audit readiness activities, including documentation and compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to support financial planning and execution.
- Assist in identifying financial discrepancies and supporting resolution efforts.
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience supporting budget formulation, execution, or financial analysis.
- Experience supporting government, defense, or Intelligence Community financial environments.
- Experience with program financial management, resource allocation, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management tools/systems.
- Experience supporting financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit readiness activities.
Desired:
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD financial management environments.
- Familiarity with government acquisition processes and program funding structures.
- Experience processing and tracking Funds From Others (FFO) and Funds To Others (FTO) activities.
- Experience developing financial briefings and supporting leadership presentations.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements in financial operations.
- Experience working within multi-stakeholder program environments.
