What You'll Do:

- Communicate with staff and customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Answer inquiries related to client reports, pricing, supply ordering, and laboratory services.
- Updating customer account database.
- Assist with monitoring accounts receivable/payable and maintain confidential records and files.
- Generating and distributing lab reports to clients.
- Other duties as required.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Previous experience in analytical chemistry laboratory operations is a plus.
