Waynesburg University is currently seeking applicants for an Assistant Director of Human Resources. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required. Five (5) years of progressively responsible HR experience desired.
Equivalent combination of education, certification, and progressively responsible professional experience will be considered. Experience with ADP or similar enterprise HRIS preferred
Higher education experience preferred. The Assistant Director of Human Resources will provide strategic and operational leadership in payroll, employee benefits, and HR information systems. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, effective benefits delivery, and optimal utilization of HR technology systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to serving faculty, staff and students with professionalism and care. Candidates must be committed both personally and professionally to the mission and purpose of Christian Higher Education.
