What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence
Implement individualized treatment plans
Accurately document patient progress using Net Health
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver excellent outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Pennsylvania
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but new grads are welcome
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, energetic attitude
