Description:
Waynesborough Country Club is a premier, family-oriented, private country club dedicated to providing outstanding facilities and services to Members and their Guests. Founded in 1965, Waynesborough has an 18-hole Championship golf course, 12 tennis courts, 6 paddle courts, state of the art aquatics center, and a Manor Style Clubhouse surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Experience:
Landscaping experience preferred but not required. All necessary training will be provided. Must be a diligent and detailed individual. You must have a positive attitude and be a team player. This part-time position will report to the Director of Horticulture. Available March 15, 2026, but the start date is flexible. Tentative end date November 1, 2026; we are also flexible on this date.
Job Duties
- Landscape bed clean-up including pruning and weeding
- Mulching of landscape beds where required
- Watering of landscape beds and surrounding turfgrass as the weather dictates
- Mowing and string trimming
- Seasonal planting and cleanup of beds and containers
- Planting trees, shrubs, perennials as needed
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 30-40 hours weekly with some weekend morning shifts required.
Compensation:
$16- $20 per hour

Qualifications:Other Job Requirements
- Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical work: Bending, Stooping, Climbing
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in variable weather conditions
- Experience with small equipment use is a plus (weed whacker, mower, golf cart, backpack blower)
Salary : $16 - $20
