Permanent contract position available for the 2026-2027 school year. Special Education PA certificate and school based experience required. The WASD is looking for a strong candidate with background knowledge and experience working with a diversified population of learners who have varying disabilities. Applicants must have a strong desire to work with learners who are challenged with academic and behavior needs. Candidates who do not hold a valid PA certification (out-of-state credential, relevant professional background without valid PA certification with and the ability to obtain certification as per PDE guidelines will also be considered.
