- Support members with their needs by providing information about services and resources available.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience.
- Utilize Microsoft One Drive tools for documentation and communication purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with banking services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
