What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Resource Specialist position at Wayne-Sanderson Farms?
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Learning Resource Specialist is responsible for developing employee resources in all applicable languages, creating content in support of learning and development projects, and assisting with other tasks required to provide employees, contract growers and third-party entities with information.

- Create projects required to deliver information utilizing various medium and technology including preparing and maintaining project documentation, performing quality checks during creation process, and communication during process to other team members as needed
- Design and facilitate engaging and understandable training content and translate training content based on company needs
- Assist with the communication of information, both internally and externally, in other languages
- Assist locations with requested language and learning needs
- Partner with external vendors/ consultants on specific tasks ensuring the outcome projects the Company’s message accurately
- Identify opportunities for improvement, develop improvement, present to appropriate personnel, and lead or participate in the implementation of improvement
- Wear personal protective equipment in all areas where required
- Perform additional relevant duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Languages, Human Resources, or other related discipline
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
- Minimum two (2) years managing language resources projects with multiple languages
- Minimum two (2) years creating training content utilizing Power Point, Articulate 360 authoring tool or equivalent
- Knowledge of adult learning and training methodology and the ability to apply to create effective communication and training
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering engaging training materials
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to fluently communicate effectively to all levels and with external customers when needed; multi-lingual preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Must possess a strong customer-centric attitude, high energy level and a strong sense of urgency
- Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
- Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatory
- Ability to work Non-standard shifts (Holiday, Weekend, extended) as needed per business need
- Ability to travel to locations as needed for training purposes
