PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible for stacking boxes of product on pallets. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulation

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible for stacking boxes of product on pallets. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulation
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picks up 40 to 70 pound boxes of product, and stacks on pallets.
- Must replace pallets on floor that have been moved. Pallets are brought in by pallet jack operators.
- Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers
- Do all tasks assigned by members of management
- Must be able to follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
- Must be able to perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Manual dexterity required
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
- Must be pallet jack certified
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to safety requirements
- Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- PPE required but subject to change: Hairnet, beard net, shoe covers, gloves, smock, earplugs
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment (45ºF, 4ºC)
- Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift
- Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
