Job Overview
Busy collision repair facility looking for an experienced Customer Service representative to manage front office operations and assist customers through the repair and insurance claim process.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customer with accident and repair inquiries.
- Start and process insurance claims with carriers
- Pull insurance information and verify coverage
- Schedule estimates and repair appointments
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status
- Obtain and review police reports when necessary
- Provide repair updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Create and update repair orders in the system
- Maintain organized customer files and documentation
Experience
- Previous experience working in a body shop, collision center, or automotive dealership
- Experience using CCC One
- Experience handling insurance claims and repair orders
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
