What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Manager - Mid-Valley position at Wayne Memorial Hospital?
Candidate will oversee day to day operations and management of a fast-paced, multi-specialty practice. Implement and evaluate daily operational policies and procedures, coordination of clinical and administrative functions, and maintenance of quality care and service excellence standards. Supervise staff.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year prior physician office management experience preferred; preferably in designated specialty;
- Medical terminology;
- Microsoft office experience including proficiency in Excel;
- Professional billing experience and/or education preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in management or related healthcare field preferred or equivalent experience.
