Key Responsibilities:

Web Design and Visual Implementation
- Design engaging, user-centric web layouts in Squarespace.
- Ensure mobile-first responsiveness and conversion-driven experiences.
- Collaborate with the Web Team to align design deliverables with SEO strategy, performance goals, and build timelines.
- Translate brand guides and creative direction into intuitive front-end design elements.
- Prepare design assets, icons, and visual elements for developer handoff.

- Translate marketing strategies and creative briefs into innovative, on-brand visual content.
- Apply brand tone, goals, and target audience insights to each design project.

Graphic Design Execution
- Design social media graphics, email visuals, brand collateral, and other creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Ensure all designs meet branding standards, marketing goals, and visual consistency across platforms.

- Partner with web developers, creatives and media team members to align design work with larger marketing objectives.
- Support campaign and project rollouts across departments through integrated visual solutions.
