The Creative Strategist is responsible for leading and executing creative strategies across multiple client accounts. This role serves as the bridge between client goals and the execution teams, ensuring all creative outputs such as content, ads, video, and web are strategically aligned and performance-driven. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of brand, storytelling, content planning, digital advertising, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Client Roadmapping
- Develop detailed creative roadmap and strategies for each client, aligning with their overall business and marketing goals
- Continuously monitor client industries and competitors to keep strategies fresh, innovative and competitive
Advertising and Social Media Management
- Set up, manage and optimize social media ads (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and boosted posts based on client’s strategic goals
- Monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results
Content and Creative Direction
- Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media posts and ads
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers to ensure creative execution matches approved content strategy and client brand guidelines
- Work with media team during pre-production, offering input on video concepts, messaging and deliverables that best support client strategies
- Coordinate with web team to align campaigns across all platforms
Client Communication and Analytics Reporting
- Conduct strategy meetings with clients to review campaign performance, analytics, and adjust plans as needed
- Present strategic recommendations and creative ideas in a way that is clear, engaging and tailored to each client’s priorities
- Prepare and deliver client facing reports focusing on KPIs and metrics that are most meaningful to the client’s success
- Proactively bring new ideas and creative opportunities to client meetings to increase engagement and results
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work with internal teams (graphic designers, media, and web) to ensure seamless project execution and creative alignment

- Creative Strategy Development: Ability to plan and execute creative strategies that align with client goals across multiple service areas.
- Content Planning and Roadmapping: Experience creating clear, actionable content strategies and roadmaps that guide the creative team over multi-month periods.
- Copywriting and Brand Voice Adaptation: Strong ability to write for different brands with consistency and creativity.
- Social Media Advertising: Proficiency in setting up, optimizing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including boosted post strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Ability to read performance metrics, extract meaningful insights, and use them to refine strategies.
- Client Communication and Presentation Skills: Experience leading client meetings to present strategies, review analytics, and align on goals for upcoming quarters.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Skill in seeing the bigger picture, identifying creative opportunities, and making recommendations that drive client success.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations.
- Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and project management platforms.
- Social Media Management Experience: 2 years of experience in a team setting managing social media full-time
