What You'll Do
- Contact warm leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance policies.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property & Casualty License.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Coachable, organized, and accountable.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
